GPRS MILESTONE

In 2006, Mr. Emmanuel 'Manny' Pascual started his own unified loading company and became widely accepted by the people. However, with the limitation of technology during those times, the company went into a major change of marketing strategy and ventured into a multi-service company in 2009 offering remittance, bills payments, ticketing, and unified loading.   Global Pinoy Remittance and Services was then born out of innovative ideas from its clients and started as a franchising business. It has established partnership from Megalink to provide for the bills payment facility of Meralco, Manila Water, and others. It also have its own GPRS VISA Card which is the first ever remittance card in the Philippines.

With UPS, people can now send money anywhere, anytime, and many options, at the convenience of doing it at your own personal computer or laptop connected to the internet. You can now also receive your remittances direct to your own account or ECash with a user friendly web tool application complete with reporting system.

In 2011, with the success of GPRS system and partnership with KwartaGram, it made another significant change that stirred the community by offering its system to the public through it's sister company, the Unified Products and Services or UPS. GPRS rapidly expanded its operation from Luzon down to Visayas and Mindanao, and around the globe. UPS has provided the means for the company to create more opportunities for the people by empowering them to have control over their remittances, and choose whatever way they want their money send to their love ones.

GPRS has partnered with other remittance company such as Cebuana Lhuillier, MHuillier, LBC, Palawan Pawnshop, andTambunting Pawnshop to cater its growing clients for places that GPRS has no operation yet. GPRS on the other hand, provided innovative solutions bringing more development in the industry through Unlitech Solutions Inc. that serves the core of its IT Infrastructure
